Do you accept returns?

All of our products are secondhand or locally handmade. We ask you to please inspect all items before purchasing. Products are sold AS - IS. Once a product leaves our showroom and enters your vehicle, it is your responsibility. We will assist in loading your car and packing as requested.

Returns are only accepted under certain circumstances. Please contact us within 72 hours to return an item. Item must be returned in the EXACT same condition as purchased. Decor items do not qualify for returns. We will charge a 30% restocking fee for any returns. If you need a product picked up and returned, we will charge a 50% restocking fee.

Do you deliver?

Local delivery is NOT included in our pricing. We are able to personally deliver some but not all products. Please inquire for local delivery options. Cost will depend on weight, size, and location. We recommend Schlep for convenient and affordable costs for larger items.

Payments are accepted via Zelle/Quickpay or Venmo. Payment will be discussed upon purchase.

If you have purchased a product and haven’t heard from us, please check your email! It may have gone to spam.

We ask that everyone is considerate, kind, and respectful of our time and service. We will always do our best to be attentive and available for questions, concerns, and comments. We expect the same from you. 

We will not accept derogatory or disrespectful behavior. If you choose to disregard our policy stated above, you will be asked to leave our showroom and you will be blocked from all forms of communication. 

How long do you hold products after purchase?

We will hold your product for up to 10 days. Please arrange pick up within those 10 days or schedule a delivery.  We can hold it for longer if special arrangements are made prior to purchasing.

If you fail to pick up or pay for a delivery method within 10 days, we will charge a 30% restocking fee and restock our item. 




Is the showroom available for photoshoots?

Yes! The showroom is available for rental at $119 / hr.
We provide lifestyle, branding, and headshot photography in our space. Please view our services tab for prices. You are welcome to fill out a contact form for further inquiry.
