The Beginnings.

My Modern Oasis was started in 2021 by Arthur Braud & Brysen Kawamura. This journey all began as a small hobby reselling objects in their own apartment. After finding a lot of joy in finding and staging items, they quickly evolved and gave their hobby a name now known today as My Modern Oasis. As time progressed, Arthur took over the bones of MMO and transformed it into an all encompassing business of art, photography and design where he continues to pour all his passions into. Brysen primarily assists with behind the scenes work and in studio work creating ceramics for MMO.
