The Cosy Oatmeal Bowl

The perfect breakfast for a cold winter morning, when you just don’t want to get out of your bed.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp oats
  • 1/2 almond milk
  • 1/2 water
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp organic maple

Toppings

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seed
  • fresh strawberries

Instructions

Step 1

Heat the milk and water in a small saucepot. After heating for some time, remove the saucepot from heat and stir in the oatmeal. If the milk is not warm enough to cook the oats, gently heat the mix on the stove and stir until it gets thickened. You can always add water to make it thinner if it gets too thick.

Step 2

Stir in the Chia seeds, Maple, Vanilla, and Cinnamon.

Step 3

Spoon into a bowl and top with banana slices, strawberries, raspberries, and a splash of cinnamon and chia seeds for decoration.

The Sunday Morning Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup spelled Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp agave (or any other sugar replacement)
  • Coconut Oil

Toppings

  • Organic maple
  • Fresh fruit to taste

Instructions

Step 1

In a bowl, whisk the eggs, agave, and almond milk together. Add the spelled flour and mix until combined well.

Step 2

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Pour the coconut oil onto the pan and spread the pancake-mix over. Cook for a minute or two on either side until the pancakes are golden brown.

Step 3

Serve with organic maple syrup, banana slices and/or cherry and almonds flakes.

All Green Smoothie Bowl

A soft, creamy, and perfectly green smoothie, topped with a variety of delicious toppings. Can be served as both breakfast or dessert.

Instructions

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a food processor (start with the frozen banana) and process until the mixture becomes light and creamy in texture.

Step 2

Add the toppings to taste.

  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tbsp chia seed

  • Cacao Bean Flakes
  • Almonds
  • Goji Berry
  • Cacao nibs
  • Seasonal fruits to taste (I use strawberries)

Instructions

Step 1

Chia, Acai, and Strawberry Breakfast Bowl

This breakfast bowl made out of fresh fruits makes it the best choice for a warm summer day. Here’s how you can make this at your home.

Ingredients for Chia Pudding

  • 3 tbsp chia seed
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Ingredients for A

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 cup ice

Toppings

  • Cacao nibs
  • Goji Berry
  • Coconut Flakes (organic, no extra sugar)
  • Seasonal fruits to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Add the Chia seeds and Almond Milk into a medium-sized bowl. Mix and set aside for 3 hours in the freeze, or until the seeds absorb all the liquid. (shake it from time to time)

Step 2

Add all smoothie ingredients to a food processor and process until the mixture becomes light and creamy in texture.

Step 3

Add half of the smoothie to a bowl and then add the chia pudding. Top with Acai smoothie and garnish with fresh fruits and toppings of your choice

  • 1/2 cup water

Toppings

  • Cacao nibs
  • Goji Berry
  • Strawberries

Add the Chia seeds. vanilla and almond milk into a medium-sized jar. Mix and set aside for 3 hours in the freeze, or until the seeds absorb all the liquid. (shake it from time to time)

Step 2
