- 1 tbsp turmeric, grated or powder
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated or powder
- 1 tbsp cumin seed
- 2-3 sprinkles freshly cracked black pepper
- ½ lemon juice squeezed
- 2 cinnamon stick

- Place all the ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil, simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Strain out the seeds. you can drink it hot or cold.
