The Cosy Oatmeal Bowl

The perfect breakfast for a cold winter morning, when you just don’t want to get out of your bed.

Materials

  • 4 tbsp instant oats
  • cup coconut milk or almond, soy
  • ½ cup hot water
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • ½ banana sliced
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs

Instructions

  • Stir the oats with the hot water until it thickens.
  • Add the coconut milk slowley and keep stirring until it becomes one mixture.
  • Stir in the chia seeds and cinnamon.
  • Top with banana slices, strawberries, and cacao nibs.

Notes

You can always add water to make it thinner if it gets too thick.

  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 tbsp Goji berries
  • ½ Seasonal fruits to taste

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor (start with the frozen banana) and process until the mixture becomes light and creamy in texture.
  • Add the toppings to taste.
